FloorPlayToday: First floor addition/remodel

This client wanted to update their first floor. Several things were not built right on the last addition, so it needs to start over. While doing so, let’s improve some more inside: kitchen, bath, offices, pantry, master bath, and master bedroom.

We had the pleasure of presenting another fine project today. You can see the video where Joe and I review the design of the project here.

As typically occurs, we had a few things to move and change to meld to the owner’s concerns and ideas, but overall they were pleased with the ideas. Most importantly, once again, this client was able to see their project and manipulate it.

Because FloorPlayToday works in a team environment, we are able to manage the project, the design, the questions, and make the meeting a fluid one with plenty of fun for all.

A client asked us to look at an exterior and interior project. It is a small project, but worthwhile to look at with a discerning eye. 3D modeling helps this client see their home renovation in living color so as to make qualified and informed decisions.
